At Pro Performance, we want to ensure your athletic gear fits perfectly and meets your high standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
